Acted as Product Owner & Sr Architect oversight of 2 Agile projects. The first was Digital Game Tokien selling in-store / online for Microsoft & Sony products. I acted as the Product Owner and later, after the existing contract Scrum Master left, a part-time Scrum Master. Additionally, I was the Scrum Master and Product Owner Proxy for a new Customer Loyalty Program for Australia/New Zealand business launch.
