Over 25 years experience in Federal and DoD project, program and portfolio management, program strategy and execution, IT systems lifecycle management, process improvement efforts, financial and cost management for small and large projects.  Manage IT projects with culturally diverse and virtual teams through the systems lifecycle including change management, configuration management, risk management, process improvement, documentation, and information assurance.  Conduct studies to analyze business and technical processes for value creation through the use of best practices. Manage Customer relationships, conduct organic and new business development, proposal writing and establishing strategic alliances.
