I started on pracitcing Scrum process as the key team member since Feb 2010. After Jan 2011, I took the Scrum Master role on team. Since Jun 2011, I took a new role name as Engineering Process Exellence and my main responsibility is to practice Scrum of Scrum by joint team retrospective, helping to build up Scrum process on other teams and etc.
