Victoria Schiffer finished her studies in Business Information Systems in 2006 and worked as a Software Engineer since. From the day she learned about agile software development during her first XP Days in Germany she was keen to learn more about it and work by its values and principles. After a Scrum coaching on the job while developing software as well as being the team's Scrum Master in one of her latest projects she learned to love the benefits of agile software development. Being spoilt by this experience she is now keen on working in agile contexts only. By attending a Certified Scrum Master training she made her first step towards achieving her goal.
