I am working in a role for Clientek where I have the opportunity to train, coach, and mentor others on their Scrum initiatives. 

Prior to that role, I was a part of the Scrum Implementation Team for eFunds.  My primary responsibilities included training, coaching, and promoting Scrum in our global organization. In that role I gave a number of presentations on Scrum, facilitated many training classes, and developed and implemented a coaching program.  I’ve been very fortunate to have trained alongside two of Scrum’s biggest proponents and am grateful for their confidence in me.

My 20 years of business experience include 15 in IT where I was either in the role of process improvement, business analysis, or people management and I definitely prefer working with people over process.
