Xavier Warzee started his carreer in 1989 working on Object-Oriented Technologies (modeling, database, languages, ...) and on design & simulation of complex systems in european projects (EEC) and R&D projects. In 2001, Xavier joined Valtech to work as an architect on Internet/Web projects (Java, J2EE, XML, EAI, SOA, ...) and as an agile leader helping customers to adopt agile practices and associated tools. In 2008, Xavier joined Microsoft to help partners and customers to adopt agile solutions. Xavier published several papers about complex system design and agile practices (Agile 2008). In 2010, Xavier has been elected President of French Scrum User Group and was a co-founder of the French Agile Institut. In 2011, Xavier joined Palo IT as CTO to help organizations in their agile transformation, to help organizations to adopt social, mobil, geolocalization and bigdata technologies.
