I discovered Scrum on a huge application delivery project where I had to perform manual tests everyday, and I even had to define the tests I would be doing based on features developed by a functional team. The project was nor Agile nor using Scrum based on what I now know. But it gave me a pretty good example of what should not be done, and what I don't want to do any more... Currently I work on real Agile/Scrum projects where lots of things yet remain to be setup to get high performance Scrum teams, but I'm pretty excited to be able to automate non regression / HMI / Functional tests so that no one on this project has to suffer what I suffered on my previous project. I'm using Quick Test Pro and Quality Center but I'm interested in Selenium + Bromine and I'd really like having the opportunity to act as a Scrum Master or Product Owner on a project someday.
