Working in the SMS Industry since 2000. Starting in Sales, moving to Project Management and processing customers like MSN, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Telekom, etc. After that I changed to technical Support and kept the A-Customer Project Management. Implemented structured support processes and increased team from 2 to 14 people. Heading this Operations Department with 14 peoples on 3 continents for about 2 years. After that I decided to concentrate more on products. In Feb 2011 I therefore moved to Product Management where I am currently Scrum Product Owner for all core products inside the MACH A2P portfolio, like MO/MT SMS, USSD, virtual MSISDN, HLR Lookups, etc
Since some month I am also taking over Scrum Master Roles, but not certified yet.
