The IT Business Partner role ensures optimal alignment between specific business needs & priorities and IT solutions & services. The main objective of the role is to enable the business through effective IT solutions & services. The IT Business Partner is responsible for IT in a business. The role is equivalent to CIO function for assigned geography (Business - Market Combination). Key Areas of Responsibilities: 1. One face of IT to the assigned business entity and its stakeholders, incl. escalation management 2. Consult business on available IT services & solutions for benefit / impact / challenges involved 3. IT Demand intake, validation, funneling and managing adequate and timely response 4. Accountable for IT projects portfolio along business objectives and by setting priorities with stakeholders 5. Drive IT landscape / life cycle for business efficiency with business and IT 6. Align IT activities with dependencies in IT & business for smooth operations and maximum benefit 7. Ensure that IT delivery in projects & operations fits business interests and drive continuous improvement 8. Provide full transparency on IT TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) based on input from shared IT organisation 9. Agree budgets with business and IT and manage cost drivers 10. Agree on Service Level Agreements with Operations and monitors fulfillment. 11. Responsible for Program management within a business entity where no dedicated program manager is assigned. 12. Manages team of IT Business partners / specialists. Key Projects SAP Implementation for new Consumer Lifestyle – Commercial Organisation – Indonesia along with all other relevant supporting IT applications and infrastructure using Agile SCRUM New SAP Commercial Pricing Policy deployment across whole of Consumer Lifestyle – Commercial Organisation – Asia Pacific using Agile SCRUM SAP Mobile application Retail Execution, BW Reporting and Trade Shopper Marketing Portal Application Suite Deployment for Consumer Lifestyle – Commercial Organisation – Asia Pacific Countries to improve Instore Excellence using Agile SCRUM SAP Implementation migration from 2 old industrial company codes to a new company code for Consumer Lifestyle – Batam Indonesia Industry.
