...started applying eXtreme Programming practices in 2003 and added the Scrum process in 2004, and certified as a ScrumMaster that same year.

Since then I have been applying Scrum and XP in a number of Java projects, using a custom framework ("My.Fragility") to estimate and track my projects (in fixed price constructions). My 'tools' are Excel-based, which keeps them open and lightweight, ready to adapt at all times .

The Agile spirit has helped me in being open and fair in working with people, and achieve even better results than pointing a gun at people's head (which I'm unable to be, by the way, so lucky me that there's 'Agile').

My ambition is to expand my Scrum-knowledge and expertise to an executive position.
