• Provide application support and personalized training for MS Office Suite • Conduct New Employee training for IT systems • Design user friendly forms in Excel for collection and analysis of information • Assist with migration by creating UAT Scripts and conducting UAT on all internal and website applications being migrated • Modify Web Applications to user requirements • Requirements Elicitation and Definition (Create Requirements Document, conduct JAD sessions, Requirements Management) • Application and Database Design (Create mock application and UI, create database schema for new apps) • Creating /Updating System Diagrams • Utilize project management skills in the implementation of netForum (Association Management System). Conduct requirements review and testing. • Provide RS6000/Unidata/DMG/Unix Support (Morning Process; Trial Label Process; VOCUS Export; Application Analyst Support; Database Query; Data Exports; Some System Administration; Technical Support; AMS Training which includes navigation of screens, data entry and creating queries, User Management, help to manage consultant resources)
