I am an experienced SCRUM Master (CSM – 2006) as well as a PRINCE2 Practitioner. As an experienced developer and designer with specialisation in e-commerce based website development, design and delivery from an end-user perspective, I aim to build an industry wide awareness of Agile and specifically SCRUM within the software development arena in South Africa as the framework of choice to deliver quality software to our customers.

I have experience in managing multiple teams, projects and solutions within the SCRUM framework on an international basis and has more than 10 years experience in managing software solution delivery through effective SDLC management.

Prior to Kazania, I spent time at FNB as Head of IT Solutions, ForwardSlash as Head of Product Development and thawte Consulting / Verisign South Africa as Web Manager.
