This was my first 'real' job after graduating college. I began as a call router, then moved to Customer Support, then Quality Assurance, then Product Specialist, now Program Manager/Product Owner. I am the Product Owner for our Financial Suite package. I work with a team of Product Owners, lead by a Chief Owner to help guide and plan for the future. I am responsible for managing the backlog, writing stories and assigning conditions of satisfaction to them, as well as being available to the team to make clarifications when needed (which is usually on a daily basis). I then take our work and train other departments on what has been accomplished. The job is very rewarding and I love working with my team, for the customers, and for this company!
