Citysearch.com was a local search website that focused on promoting restaurants, spas, hotels, and nightclubs. It was one of the first sites that featured user submitted reviews for public listings. My role was initially to be their main information architect for the advertiser's online management tools called "My Account". I evolved into a product owner role and it was at Citysearch where I was formally trained in Scrum by Scott Downey in 2009.
