Christoph Eckert, originally being a woodworking engineer, joined extragroup GmbH back in 2000, a privately owned software company developing and selling ERP and CAD/CAM products for the woodworking industries.

After customer service, training, and documentation writing, he took over the position as a product manager for interiorcad, a CAD/CAM product based on Nemetschek's Vectorworks, in 2008. In 2010, he successfully implemented Scrum and is currently carrying out the ownership of interiorcad.

Christoph is still working for extragroup and enjoys transmogrifying interiorcad into a modern product using agile software development techniques. In addition of the Scrum Product Owner certification, he meanwhile attended a training with Ken Schwaber and is registered as a Professional Scrum Master at scrum.org.
