I am working as a product owner for a team of six people for doing log file harvesting and usage data extraction of billing data. I am maintaining the product backlog on a regular basis and run review and planning meetings with the development team. I am also manage the board of our stakeholders in Berlin and prepare the roadmap of the product to communicate release schedules and timelines that I communicate to our user community.

I worked as an agile manager on a software product for the entitlement management of platform users. I led a team of eleven developers in two agile teams in Germany and Slovakia. During that time I introduced Scrum as an agile methodology and made sure that the members of the team received appropriate training. Exposure to Scrum included introduction of the proper ceremonies for operating on a sprint basis as well as release planning for quarterly releases.
