Certified Scrummaster in 2006.   Unlike many companies, I have been given the opportunity to restructure completely using scrum.   We take that to an extreme.  Not only is the development cycle agile, but the process itself is agile.   We have moved beyond simple scrum, adding kanban as well as focusing our sprints on business value, using story points only as a tool for getting to business value.   I believe in the process and the people.
