I've been applying Agile practices at John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) since Feb08. As ISG’s Agile Coach, I orchestrated the first large-scale Agile transformation at John Deere. This project included over 200 people and 30+ managers and was initiated, successfully, just four months prior to a critical product launch. I've been with John Deere for FEb01 -- 5 years in EBA as a java developer and 5 years at ISG as a Program Manager and ScrumMaster. I'm a certified ScrumMaster and Scrum Product Owner and has coached Agile with TCI, ISG-EU and ISG-NA.
