Mark now works for Conchango as an Agile Coach, working across many Conchango projects and with external clients providing tailored coaching, mentoring and training.  Before this Mark worked as a Scrum Master for Tribal in Sheffield where he played a leading role in the adoption of Agile, coaching both management and the teams so that they could come to terms with the change in ethos that Scrum brought and so that they could deal with the issues it uncovered.
