Raphael Auf der Maur works in the software industry since 2001 and has a background in Software Engineering with a Master in Computer Science (MSc ETH CS) at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich (ETHZ). After working as a software engineer in various telecommunication projects, he lead projects for large scale e-commerce solutions and later established an agile engineering team for IPTV applications. Since 2006, Raphael Auf der Maur deals with optimizing product development processes using agile methods and Scrum. Currently, he is focussing on agile requirements engineering and organizational change management as Product Owner and Product Owner Coach in international medical technology projects.
