I am currently supporting retail and care applications within EIT group. My role is to embrace the business requirements, identify the scope and boundary of problems, nominate the affected system (s), estimate T-Shirt sizing, engage the right resources for clarifications, analyze and prepare design documentation (s), review with key personnel (s) and make appropriate adjustments, and ensure timely delivery. My continuous connection with the test and engineers during the deployment and test phase has always been a support for the project.  Gather business requirements, and transform this data into viable functional design documentation (s)  Conduct design sessions, prepare mock-ups and build process flow diagrams, design use case (s)  Experienced with a traditional as well as SCRUM development environment (s)  Strong relationships with management, business, architects, and developers on day-to-day basis  Conduct approval sessions with cross-functional groups  Support in escalations and service delivery management, triage process, and testing
