I got familiar with agile methods in 2009 when I started in my current company. I first worked as a team member but it soon came clear to me that coaching is what I am here to do. Currently I work as a Scrum Master for a few teams and coach a few more into using successful Scrum. As this job is rather new to me it is great to realize how much I am learning every day. Every time I feel like I've done something well, it occurs to me some weeks later that I could had done it even better.
