Paul Sisco is the Scrummaster and Senior Software Engineer at BridgeGate International. He has over 18 years experience in the software development field, including financial distribution, web development, data analysis and translation, EAI, and software development process improvement.  Paul has been actively engaged in process improvement for many years.  His passion for improving software development has led him to embrace agile methodologies.

He has successfully implemented processes at a number of organizations that resulted in happier developers, less rework, improved quality, and reduced development time. Most recently, Paul has implemented Scrum at BridgeGate International with documented improvements in all of the above.
