Residing in Melbourne, Australia. I am currently working as a Scrum coach assisting companies in transitioning to agile / Scrum. Became a Certified Scrum Coach in Nov 2007 and assisted in the development of the Beta CSC examination process. I work for Renewtek, an Australian information technology company specialising in the rennovation of legacy systems to leading edge tools and technologies. My responsibilities in Renwetek also include designing training courses around Scrum / Agile and the promotion of agile principles within Renewtek and their diverse client base.

Client offerinig include consulting/coaching services on the creation and implementation of Agile Delivery, continuing the engagement with the client in a  mentoring role to  assist  with follow-up implementation and  the faciltation of Agile Retrospectives at key project milestones.

On The Daily Meeting Trap
I actually don't have the team stand for the daily scrum. Our task board is electronic. Instead I have a simple rule Pigs sit and speak Chicken stand and don't talk It works for me. Martin.
