I am an experienced “hands on” professional, with a successful track record of Product and Service definition, delivery and management, through Agile, and Waterfall processes.

• 20+ years experience of high technology product / project and general management experience, in European, Asian, and US organisations, working with multi-disciplinary teams and external suppliers.
• Experienced in all stages of service and product delivery lifecycle from concept to implementation, into BAU operation and benefit realisation, then retirement.
• Commercially aware, with responsibility for Business Cases, and RFP processes.
• Customer focused, including Sales, product trials and working with Customer-facing staff.

Projects have included Software Development, Customer Portals, Content Delivery, Broadband and Mobile access, and Service Improvement through Customer Experience and technology.

Leadership skills include managing and motivating hierarchical, virtual and matrix teams to achieve their objectives in rapidly changing environments.
