Stephen Gristock is a Brit based in NY. He has an extensive background in process improvement acquired as a consultant, practitioner and implementation leader. He is a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, ISO auditor, PMI PMP, SEI Lead Appraiser and Trainer. He has also served as a member on both the SEI’s CMMI Change Control Board and the PMI’s OPM3 Development Team. He has managed several successful corporate process transformation initiatives, including Scrum and XP based efforts. Stephen has presented at numerous conferences in Europe, Asia and North America. An avid fencer (with swords- not timber) in his spare team, when not following his beloved Devild hockey team he can be found leading a major Lean Agile transformation initiative and coordinating the establishment of Agile standards at JPMorgan Chase.
