From July 2010- August 2011 executed the role of Agile Evangelist in Ericsson - R&D Chennai. In this role, I worked with 20+ development teams and helped them in imbibing Agile Ways of working to get better performance and throughput. I raised the roadblocks that affect Agile implementation in the organisation, to the management team and helped them solve it. I conducted training sessions and workshops to educate new joinees, employees and managers on Agile. I took other relevant initiatives(Quiz, Agile Open house, Posters, Competitions etc.) that helped me spread Agile WoW in the organisation.
