Since October of 2010, I've been the organizational (and perhaps KSC) Scrum evangelist. Promoted to institutionalize scrum and get us doing it "right," I attended Certified ScrumMaster training, taught by Dr. Sutherland in Cambridge. I've since become a Certified Scrum Product Owner. In my role, I've operated as an organization scrum coach, and have been SM and PO on several projects. I've been involved in the selection of a project system to manage scrum projects (Jira), and have worked to get the organization formally trained in Scrum.
