Rolf Ludwig is examing methods of software development and project management since 2000. He is practicing agile methods since 2003 with great success. As a consultant of debis Systemhaus/T-Systems and Valtech he worked for several customers of the financial, insurance and telco business. Then he established and led the application development and test management team at a dutch ppi insurance. He is a Java architect and developer, but moved to project management, release management end last but not least scrum master tasks. He is very much interested in soft skills and the peopleware aspect of software development projects.
