Scrum Master / Scrum Coach / Change Manager at Systematic
2006 I led the adoption of Scrum in all development teams in Systematic. I started in November 2005 from a Lean improvement, that I realized in early january 2006 was about Scrum. By the end of 2006 all teams had adopted Scrum, and I had figured out how to combine CMMI and Scrum. Aug 2006 - May 2007 Scrum Master - I was CSM on a specific team 2007 - 2012 Scrum Coach and Change Manager - I have managed and improved the scrum implementation in Systematic, and published my experiences in several articles: J. Sutherland, C. Jacobsen, and K. Johnson, "Scrum and CMMI Level 5: A Magic Potion for Code Warriors!," in Agile 2007, Washington, D.C., 2007. C. R. jakobsen and K. A. Johnson, "Mature Agile - with a twist of CMMI," in Agile 2008, Toronto, 2008. C. Jakobsen and J. Sutherland "Scrum and CMMI - going from good to great" in Agile 2009, Chicago, 2009. C. Jakobsen and J. Sutherland "Mature Scrum at Systematic" in Methods and Tools, August 2009, 2009. C. Jakobsen and Tom Poppendieck "Lean as a Scrum Trobleshooter" in Agile 2011, Salt Lake City, 2011. At Agile 2011 I also presented how I have contributed to scale Scrum from development teams to the whole company.
