Henrik Kniberg is an Agile & Lean coach at Crisp in Stockholm and member of the board of directors of the Agile Alliance.

During the past 10 years Henrik has been CTO of 3 Swedish IT companies and helped many more get started with agile and lean software development. Henrik is a Certified Scrum Trainer and does regular training and coaching together with Jeff Sutherland, co-creator of Scrum.

Henrik's book “Scrum and XP from the Trenches” has over 150,000 readers, has been translated to 8 languages, and is one of the most popular books on the topic. His second book "Kanban and Scrum - making the most of both" expands the horizon further. Henrik is an experienced teacher and speaker, he has won "best speaker" awards on two international conferences.
