I work as an agile consultant with introducing Scrum, Lean and other agile practices. I also work with team building and team lead at our customers, often taking on a projects for longer periods of 6+ months. My interest in Scrum comes from my educational background and previous work as CEO for my own company. I hold a masters degree in Information and Communication engineering and geared it towards project management. Before Softhouse I ran my own software development firm for almost two years while working in a very Scrum like manner. I moved on to be able to take on larger projects and take on another role than the traditional developer/project lead.
