Tomer is an Agile enthusiast he has been practicing SCRUM and Agile for 8 years and on 2010 he was certified as a SCRUM Master and Scrum Professional. As practicing SCRUM he has assimilated SCRUM in few oganizations and multiple department with a proven success, improvement of quality and efficiency, content commitment and team spirit, in addition Tomer drived cutting edge agile methods and tools to enable teams to rapidly deliver functionality that drives customer satisfaction, in his roles and Oblicore, CA and Salesforce.com Tomer was responsabile for the following:

• Determine strategic evolution of Agile Methodologies to respond to the demands of the future.
• Influence executives, leaders, business units and technology teams on agile principles, values, how to build, grow and maintain a thriving agile organization  at scale.
• Expose technology teams to the latest innovative thinking and ideas from the agile community to increase agility, leveraging lean, scrum, kanban and other agile thinking.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation and learning; promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Design and support full agile transformation roll-outs
• Provide Agile Leadership coaching and training to ScrumMasters, Product Owners, functional managers and executives
• Collaborate directly with software and operations scrum teams to coach and guide them on the mechanics of Lean and Agile methods to achieve optimal team effectiveness
• Deliver hands-on coaching of individual scrum teams in all aspects of scrum - daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, etc.
• Create, build and deliver customized Agile training

When not working, I am playing Basket Ball and soccer, visiting the Gym, goes to the sea as much as possible during summer time and walk my dog in the park all run year round.
