I joined this company as a Software Enginner and I started to work on a 14 developers team that was trying to do some agile practices. It all started with pair programming, user stories, iterations and an ad-hoc web tool. Now I think it wasn't the best way to start but it was certainly a necessary transitional way.

On April 2010 I assumed the leadership of a 6 people team and since them things are moving really fast and now we are adapting our project process (wich is an audit requirement) to follow the agile principles.

We still don't succeed but we are going in the right direction.

Software Engineer at Gecamin, a small company of 35 people. I worked alone and discovered the (marvelous) Ruby on Rails framework. No much of an agile team there but still a great experience.
