I am a Consultant for Conchango plc, a business, technology and interactive media consulting organisation that has been assisting blue chip organisations deliver business value through IT since 1991.

I have been working with Conchango clients to deliver large eCommerce, Line of Business and Infrastructure projects as well providing strategic consulting for project and operational delivery since 1998.In the last 6 years a large part of the projects I have worked on involve User Experience Design, whilst not a user experience practitioner I work closely with our Interactive Media team to enable us to improve our Agile project delivery.

I am CSM and has been practicing Scrum since 2004, in distributed and scaled environments across a number of different organisations.  Working as a Scrum Master and as an Agile coach for both Conchango teams and scaled implementations within large customer organisations.
