Laina Wong - Currently an IT Manager at Climate Change Central and starting to implement Scrum practices with her development team.  We are a new team, working together for the past 5 months and hoping to get as much advice and learnings from other people's experiences.  I have worked at C3 for the 3 years.  Before that, I was in Toronto working as an Interactive Project Manager at an ad agency called Cossette Communications. 

We used to use the waterfall approach to development but I am realizing the benefits of moving to an agile environment.  Upper management and staff are in agreement to this new approach so it's a matter of finding out what works for my team.
