Sara Hadley is a Senior Project Manager at EffectiveUI, as well as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst. Sara is a core liaison between clients and EffectiveUI’s research, design, and development teams in order to define and plan each project, and acts as a facilitator for the entire collaborative group. With more than 24 years of project management experience throughout the technology industry, Sara loves the process of building things and the orchestration of it. She enjoys working with clients to understand their business needs and vision, and then helping to translate it into a simple, elegant solution with EffectiveUI’s designers and developers. Prior to EffectiveUI, Sara was a Senior Project Manager at Local Matters and a Domain Manager at Raytheon. Previous roles also include Director at InfoNow Corporation; Systems Engineer at Paragon Dynamics, Inc; and Systems Engineer and Project Manager for the National Security Agency.
