I am an independent agile coach, trainer and software architect in Java technology. I enjoy helping people and projects to learn and improve their ways of producing software. Since the late nineties I have worked as a software consultant for various system integrators with a special interest in Agile development. Since 2004 I've been coaching and mentoring projects in Agile development using eXtreme Programming, Scrum and Lean principles and practices. I consulted various Agile projects at telecoms, financial, governmental institutions and electronics manufacturing companies. I've acted in roles ranging from developer, tech lead, to solutions architect, Agile coach and department architect.
