Russell is a technology consultant living and working in Berlin. He has around 18 years engineering and management experience in the software industry. Russell started out as a software engineer specialising in object oriented systems and developing in mainly Java and C++. Around 10 years ago he moved into team leadership and technical management positions, working mainly in the internet and online media industries. More recently Russell's experience has been focussed on helping organisations migrate to Scrum, acting as a Scrum Coach and providing guidance and leadership. Russell has worked in the UK, Australia, Austria and Germany.
