• Provide team with user-centered agile specifications (user stories)
• Facilitate requirements elaboration of user stories with team members
• Participate in sprint planning by presenting product backlog details to the team to facilitate understanding
• Assists with the elaboration of epics, themes and features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint
• Conveys the vision and goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint.
• Participates in the daily scrums, sprint planning meetings and sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Prepare materials for and delivers internal training (as needed)
• Lead sprint reviews to present new working software to stakeholders
