In early summer 2010 I learned about Scrum. Within a month I was utterly obsessed with the beauty, simplicity, and common sense of the process and had obtained CSM status. First I applied Scrum concepts in my own department and then worked with my future PO to implement Scrum in all our development teams. In summer 2012 I obtained by CSPO. My next challenge is to minimize scrumbut and anti-patterns. Wish me luck!
