As a Program Manager I am responsible for managing multiple Scrum teams following Agile / Scrum processes / framework. At Model N, our teams have exhibited steadily increasing maturity in Agile processes, resulting in increased predictability of sprints and releases. Model N being a rapidly growing company, I have been responsible for getting the new members and teams up to speed on scrum framework. I have conduct several formal Scrum training sessions for Model N employees. I introduced the release planning process within the Scrum framework at Model N. In the last one year at Model N, our teams have delivered 3 major releases and all of them were immensely successful, resulting in very satisfied customers / stakeholders.
