Adi Hospenthal is a senior project manager with CSP and CSPO certification from Lucerne, Switzerland. As a project manager in the field of banking and federal government, he has long-time experience in building internet portals, stock exchange and payment solutions. His special interest are all sorts of agile project methodology, especially for internationally distributed teams.

Since 2004, Adi has worked as a project manager for agile software development teams. Since 2010, he focuses on Scrum while working as a ScrumMaster and Scrum consultant in Switzerland where he also gained experience in combining Scrum with traditional project governance, e.g. the Swiss project management method HERMES.

Since 2007, Adi is co-founder and managing partner of Atama GmbH, a IT project consulting company in Lucerne, Switzerland.
