From cross geography teams we shifted to co-located teams. I started the process of Scrum of Scrums to coordinate across all teams. I have also worked on defining Project Metrics in Scrum. I came up with KPIs like Velocity variance, Scheduled Performance Index, Technical Debt, Process optimization applying Lean Principles. I gave training to other Teams across Pitney Bowes and helped three other big projects transition to AGile.

I joined Pitney Bowes Software in Oct'2007. I attended the Agile Training in UK by Conchango in March'2008. I Played the role of ScrumMaster from April 2008-December 2010 for Cross Geography Teams. There were members from UK, US & India in one team. I successfully transitioned the Project Stratus Connect to Agile and helped in laying down Agile principles. I was also involved in laying down Scrum processes and in evolving Sprint artifacts like Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts. I helped the project integrate the sprint artifacts in JIRA Greenhopper, the tool used for tracking down sprints and Product backlog for various Releases.
