The Scrum Alliance is pleased to announce our Scrum Gathering in Amsterdam, Netherlands, November 15-17, 2010.
We are looking for submissions for a variety of sessions:
Bare Talks
Bare Talks are 15 minute TED-style talks intended to foster learning, inspiration and wonder -- and to provoke conversations that matter. Let's lay naked our flawed industry and seek ways to reclothe our businesses. Six (6) Bare Talks will be chosen, submit yours and vote for others. Free registration for selected presenters. Presenters are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements.
See current list of Bare Talk submissions and add yours.
Idea Camp
Three (3) rounds of one-hour sessions, barcamp; style. Pitch a topic on the conversation you *need* to have at Amsterdam. You don't have to lead the conversation, just get it started. Votes have a strong influence on which ideas are selected and scheduled by the organizing team. Up to 30 sessions will be included, so lots of room for ideas. No compensation provided for IdeaCamp sessions.
Lightning Talks
Lightning Talks are a simple, brief option for those who have a point to make, a passion to preach, and don't need or want much time to share it. We'll fit as many 5-minute lightning talks as we can in a one-hour time slot (probably 10). With such a short talk, slides are optional, and often unnecessary, though can be quite effective. Votes will have a strong influence on the lightning talks selected by the organizing committee. No compensation provided for lightning talk sessions.

Large scale games
Must be something all attendees can play, up to 300(!) people but likely less than that. One hour for pure mayhem and creative fun.

Submission deadline
Deadline for submissions is October 8, 2010.
Presentation selection
Thank you for submitting your presentation to this Scrum Gathering. The organizing team will review all of the submissions and will notify and post the selected presenters on or before October 13, 2010. Votes and comments by the public will weigh heavily in the final selection.
Multiple presenters are welcome. You may submit several proposals.
