Coaching is a key competency for any Agile Coach, as we partner with individuals on their journey of discovery. Sessions focus on the coaching skills, tools, and mindset needed when coaching one-to-one. Come and learn from the best coaches in the business.

Agile Coaches are tasked with creating, enabling, and supporting high-performing teams all the time. This is very complex work that requires a robust set of tools for working with groups. Learn new tools to help you guide teams through the messiness of becoming high-performing. From facilitation techniques to system coaching tools to advising and mentoring, you’ll leave this day a more wellrounded coach.

They need coaches who are skilled in leadership, organizational development, culture, global economics, and more. They need coaches who aren’t afraid to share uncomfortable feedback and help them navigate the future world. Whether you’re an internal or external coach, you’ll learn to work with organizations on the issues most pressing to their business while leveraging the most relevant coaching stance for the moment.

Psychology of Coaching

Have you ever wondered how to guide your clients into restoring safety in your coaching sessions? We’ll cover a wide range of topics focused on the Psychology of Coaching that you can use to help people reach competence for the coaching sessions. We will navigate the inner works of the brain and how anxiety and stress play a role in the coaching relationship, as well as how to identify when trust has been lost — and how to rebuild it within the organization.

This last day is all about equipping you for your journey towards becoming a Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach® or Certified Enterprise Coach. It’s about making meaningful lasting connections.
