Successful product development requires hearing from the end-user. However, what your users say they want and what they actually need are often two different things. Moreover, getting access to your users and working these conversations into the Scrum framework can be daunting.

At our December 2012 meetup, Jeremy Franck, associate creative director at Havas and Scrum practitioner from the IBM Design Lab, will lead a hands-on workshop to learn strategies for getting the most out of your conversations with end-users and how to incorporate user feedback into you process.
