Join us for a lively discussion as we address real questions posted in various agile forums by Agile and Scrum practitioners. We will first attempt to answer the question as is and provide the posters with a possible solution to their problem. Then we are going to take a second look at the question and try to see if there is a deeper underlying “smell”, anti-pattern, or misunderstanding of Agile values and principles. In our second proposed solution, we will attempt to address the root cause of the problem and provide a longer term solution.
