Nogle af de udfordringer som organisationer står over for, når højtydende teams skal etableres, vil blive belyst på dette gå-hjem-møde. Forskellige ledelses- og teamudviklingsmodeller, som f.eks. Appreciative Inquery og teamudviklingsmodeller fra Tuckman samt Katzenbach & Smith vil blive gennemgået og suppleret med eksempler på teamudviklingsøvelser, der kan anvendes til skærpelse af teamidentiteten og til at katalysere processen.

Afsluttende lægges der op til diskussion og erfaringsudveksling mellem mødets deltagere.

Oplægsholder: Bent Myllerup, Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), medinitiativtager til ScrumForum, afdelingsleder og Product Owner ved TC Electronic. Bent har erfaring med undervisning, teambuilding og coaching af virksomheder, som ønsker at indføre agile processer eller optimere allerede igangsatte tiltag. Han er samtidig en ivrig oplægsholder om Scrum-relaterede emner og taler bl.a. ved dette forårs Scrum Gathering i Orlando.
