Join us for the DC Scrum User Group July meeting for a discussion on distributed Agile teams presented by Jesse Fewell.
We've been told that Scrum is only successful with co-located teams, but what about the real world? Just about every modern professional is directly dependent on someone not in their office. How do we achieve agility when team members are posted across different floors in the same office, or different cities, or different continents? Come to this interactive discussion where you will learn how to improve the effectiveness of all kinds of distributed teams.
Jesse Fewell is a writer, speaker, and trainer for Excella Consulting.
